Institutionalized for Bipolar I disorder and Borderline personality disorder.
He has wild mood swings and tends to lash out. He self-harms when under stress, but it's unconscious and without suicidal intentions. He has been treated with electroshock therapy in the past, and it didn't help his situation. He has a lot of little neuroses and a bit of psychosis, as the Bipolar causes his BPD to vacillate. He is probably not medicated properly, and may never be. He was in rehab for heroin addiction before being transferred to this institution. He has a very sordid past, which he is reluctant to share with people.
He is currently attempting to finish his degree in psychology, so that he can become a doctor at this institution.
